Interactive 3D tour

A link that runs in the browser. No app, no sign-up. With a floor plan, a dollhouse view and a tape measure: your clients measure for themselves.

360° panoramas

A whole room in one image that turns in the browser, from the same scan. For portals and websites that display 360° photos.

Property photography

The same scan yields images in 16K: straight lines, calm light, none of the phone-camera angles.

Scan to design / point cloud

Floor plan, point cloud and 3D model (OBJ, GLB, FBX): the basis for kitchen planning, refurbishment or conversion. Instead of two hours with a folding rule.

3D site monitoring

Regular scans hold on to the progress of the build, traceable, with dates and measurements. Whatever disappears behind the wall stays documented.

Virtual staging

Empty rooms furnished, digitally and without a removal van. The buyer does not see forty empty square metres but their own living room.

Media inside the tour

Embedded in the tour: photographs, videos, texts, links, fusion video. The space explains itself, exactly where the question comes up.

Virtual assistant

An assistant inside the tour that answers visitors' questions from the measurements of the room and takes down viewing appointments.

Google Street View

Your tour is published on Google. The interior sits in the business profile, visible to anyone who looks you up.

Website embedding

One line of code, and the tour runs inside your page: property portal, landing page or online shop. No app, no sign-up.

The same scan yields short videos, images and links for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, ready to post.
