It answers from the measurements of the scan, takes enquiries in full and suggests appointments. It never confirms a date and never quotes a price.
For agents, developers and building sites
Scan subscription
Two ways to scan every month: the agent scans a different property each time, the building site the same one in a different state. Both pay less per scan when the appointment is standing anyway. You book a fixed number of scans a month, we keep the slot free.

Properties up to 100 m² as in the Basic package; larger ones are billed with the difference to the matching package. For sites over 400 m² we calculate by area: tell us roughly how big and you get the price.
Extras and travel
* All prices net, plus VAT. Delivery within 24 to 48 hours after the scan, depending on the size of the property. Travel within Dortmund and NRW included, beyond that by the kilometre.
